To celebrate the fifth-anniversary of acclaimed restaurant Bradley Ogden and the wildly successful premiere of Bette Midler The Showgirl Must Go On, Caesars Palace in Las Vegas introduces an exclusive tasting menu, created by Bradley’s son, Chef Bryan Ogden, the restaurant’s executive chef. Named 2004 Best New Restaurant in the nation by the distinguished James Beard Foundation, and honored with Mobil and Michelin stars, the restaurant will offer its special fifth-anniversary menu for a limited time, March 16 through Earth Day, April 22. As leader in the farm-fresh cuisine movement, Ogden and his family long have been associated with sustainable, responsibly produced, exquisite produce, poultry, seafood and meats. The Ogdens will join with Caesars Palace to donate 15 percent of proceeds from the menu – priced at $75 or $115 with wine pairing – to The New York Restoration Project, a non-profit organization founded by Bette Midler dedicated to creating green spaces in New York City’s underserved communities.
“Just steps away from the Colosseum, Bradley Ogden is the ideal pre- or post-show destination,” said Gary Selesner, Caesars Palace president. “Because Chef Ogden is well known for being one of the first chefs to draw attention to the importance of organic produce and meats, we feel that the partnership with Bette Midler, respected for her environmental activism, is a natural fit for this celebration.”
The menu features Ogden signature dishes like Twice-Baked Maytag Souffle and Butterscotch Pudding and includes organic produce and protein including Organic Artichoke Soup and Free Range Petaluma Chicken. The wine pairings feature several organic and biodynamic selections.
